Login and go to “Admin home” 
Click Search sites to look up the site you would like to refresh 
 
Search the company name: 
 
 

Once you have found the correct site, “Click Here” 
 

Logins will be at the bottom of this page: 
 

Note Username/Password in CRM for future reference!
